Stuart D Seltzer was given a quiet sendoff into eternity at the Sinai Mortuary and Cemetery on January 25, 2023 in Phoenix Arizona. The day was a bright sunny and crisp day and the mood was somber. The event was a celebratory demonstration of goodwill and love for Stuart Seltzer, my friend as Stu was sent into eternity in accordance with the Jewish tradition assisted by the Sinai Mortuary in Phoenix Arizona.
